WHERE THE INSTRUCTOR BECOMES A TRUSTED ADVISOR

MRP Workshop is a turnkey Educational Workshop Marketing System (EWMS) utilized by the Financial Services Industry to attract potential clients. Similar to seminars, invitees are selected by a sophisticated demographic search performed by a direct mailing service. MRP is educational, not a solicitation. Unlike seminars, MRP is held in an educational facility, not a restaurant. Rather than receiving something in return for their attendance (dinner, gift, etc.), MRP students pay tuition to attend. Individuals attend the workshop with the intention of becoming better informed about planning for their retirement.

After six hours of education, attendees realize the value of a financial advisor. This is where the marketing value arises. Students are offered, as part of their tuition, an opportunity to consult one-on-one with the instructor regarding their personal financial situation. Since few of the individuals that attend workshops have a financial advisor, this creates an opportunity where the “instructor becomes trusted advisor.”
